Beware before making a purchase! Our experience with BRP has been nothing short of disappointing. We chose them for their supposed quality, only to find the gel coat fading below the waterline, leaving unsightly white marks on our dark pool. Despite numerous complaints from other customers about similar issues with pools built between 2016 and 2017, BRP refuses to acknowledge the problem. To add insult to injury, the installation was a nightmare, handled by an "authorized" installer who seemed utterly clueless, leading to a cascade of issues during the build.



Customer service? A complete letdown! They insist the gel coat failure is our fault, despite our water being regularly tested and treated by a reputable company. After a visit from their representative, who came post-Tropical Storm Debby, we were left with more questions than answers. They merely referred us to another pool company for stain issues, leaving us feeling abandoned. We regret not heeding the warnings about BRP.
