Our culinary adventure began with a disappointing scoop of tutti frutti ice cream that fell flat on flavor. However, the experience took a delightful turn with the refreshing rockmelon juice, creamy pistachio shake, and decadent falooda that tantalized our taste buds. This morning’s experience at Soul Press left me feeling disheartened. As a long-time patron, I’ve cherished the vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, but lately, the quality has taken a nosedive. Paying for a full serving only to receive half, accompanied by tired avocado, is a letdown. It's disconcerting to encounter this for the third time in two weeks, especially when I eagerly anticipate that perfect cup of coffee.

Yet, amidst my frustrations, I can't ignore the delightful moments I've shared here. A recent visit with a friend reignited my enthusiasm, as we savored the scrumptious dishes that arrived promptly. The sushi burrito bowls are an absolute must-try, delivering on taste and value. However, the recurring absence of salmon in my poke bowl has been disappointing. As a dedicated customer, I long for the Soul Press I once adored, hoping they can restore the magic that first drew me in.

  • Popular Menu:

Mango Magic, Berry Crush, Banana Buzz, Tropical Delight, Green Smoothie

  • Price Range:

I ventured into this Boost location, eager for a refreshing mango magic, but what I received was a lackluster blend that tasted more like ice than the vibrant fruit I craved. The experience was disappointing, as the drink felt watered down, leaving me yearning for that tropical burst of flavor. To make matters worse, the only ordering option was a machine, stripping away the personal touch that can elevate a visit.

Despite the subpar juice crafted by a staff member named Lucy, the atmosphere was surprisingly clean and the service friendly. This location certainly outshines the previous Jam Factory spot, with five employees on duty, yet it felt like only one was truly dedicated to making the juices. Unfortunately, the long wait time overshadowed any positives, marking this as one of my most frustrating visits to Boost.

  • Price Range:

Nestled within the bustling Woolworth's, this gem offers a delightful start to your day with its vibrant smoothies and scrumptious toasties. The smoothie selection is impressive, allowing you to customize your drink with either whey or vegan protein, ensuring a nutritious boost that suits your preferences. During my visit, I indulged in the Berry Porridge, which, while pleasant, leaned a bit too heavily on the oatmeal. A touch more fruit would have elevated the experience, but I'm eager to return and explore the diverse menu further.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the Açai in a Cup or Bowl, priced between $13 and $16. Crafting your own acai bowl is a delightful experience, and the consistency and flavor of the acai are simply divine. Although there was a tad too much granola for my liking, the overall taste was fantastic. The toasties here are nothing short of legendary, and the service is top-notch, with the owner adding a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. This place is an absolute must-visit!

  • Address:

    Flinders St Station, Melbourne

At this juice shop, the experience can be a mixed bag. While the refreshing juices tantalize the taste buds, a troubling practice casts a shadow over the enjoyment. Customers often find their cups brimming with ice, leaving little room for the vibrant juice they crave, all while being charged full price. Yet, amidst this, there are shining stars like Adrian, whose exceptional service transforms a simple visit into a delightful experience. His warm demeanor and genuine care for customers make each sip even sweeter.

However, not every interaction is as pleasant. A recent encounter with a dismissive staff member left a sour taste, as she laughed and ignored requests for assistance. This inconsistency in service can detract from an otherwise enjoyable outing. Despite the hiccups, the overall charm of the shop, combined with its delicious offerings, makes it a place worth visiting—just be prepared for a rollercoaster of service experiences!

Sipping on my refreshing watermelon juice brought a moment of joy, but the experience was marred by a lackluster atmosphere. While the service was swift, a warm smile would have transformed the encounter into something truly delightful. Instead, I was taken aback by a staff member's unprofessional behavior, which included an unfortunate display of personal grooming in plain sight. The preparation of my Protein Supreme left much to be desired, with a worker hastily spraying coconut milk instead of properly filling my order. It’s clear that quality control could use a serious upgrade at this Boost location.

Regrettably, my visit took a turn for the worse. After treating my friend and myself to two large drinks—Passion Mango and Mango Tango—we were met with unexpected and unpleasant symptoms. What should have been a delightful afternoon turned into a night of discomfort, as both of us experienced vomiting and diarrhea, while my friend also battled chills. It’s disappointing when a simple indulgence leads to such distress, highlighting the importance of both quality and customer care in the food and beverage industry.

  • Popular Menu:

Freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, fruit salads, and healthy snacks

  • Price Range:

    $5 - $15 AUD

The experience at this juice bar has sadly taken a nosedive, leaving a sour taste that lingers long after the last sip. Once celebrated for their vibrant smoothies and refreshing juices, the staff now seem to approach their craft with a lackluster attitude. I was handed a smoothie that was more of a chunky mess than a blended delight, only to be met with resistance when I pointed out the issue. With high prices and dwindling quality, it’s hard to justify a return visit to a place that once brought joy to my taste buds.

Yet, amidst the disappointment, there remains a glimmer of hope in their acai bowl, a tantalizing treat that still manages to shine. It's a shame that the inconsistencies extend to their juice offerings, as my large citrus mix turned out to be nothing more than ordinary orange juice, devoid of the promised lemon and lime zest. For the sake of loyal customers, it’s crucial that they revisit their recipes and commitment to quality. After all, a great juice experience should be a celebration of flavor, not a frustrating gamble.

My inaugural encounter with açai was nothing short of magical, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place than Drip Bar for this delicious debut! The generous portion was a feast for the senses, beautifully adorned with a vibrant array of toppings like luscious blueberries, ripe strawberries, and the delightful crunch of sunrise granola. Each bite was a perfect symphony of flavors that danced on my palate, leaving me craving more.

But the true star of the show was the açai ice cream—a creamy, dreamy delight that redefined indulgence. Its unique texture and rich taste were simply irresistible, making it the largest and most scrumptious açai treat I’ve ever had. With every spoonful, I found myself lost in a blissful reverie, dreaming of returning to Drip Bar for another heavenly experience. Trust me, this is a culinary adventure you won’t want to miss!

Recently, I experienced an exceptional delivery of Celery Juice that truly exceeded my expectations. The quality was remarkable, and even when faced with a minor hiccup—a leaking bottle—customer service swiftly sent a replacement. What’s more, you get to keep the bottles, making this a hassle-free experience. Just a friendly tip: always check your order for any broken bottles to ensure a seamless enjoyment of this refreshing elixir.

Embarking on a two-day juice cleanse with Home Pressed was nothing short of transformative. The flavors were delightful, and the generous portions kept me feeling satisfied throughout the cleanse. It felt like a rejuvenating reset for my body, and as someone navigating health challenges like MS, I genuinely felt the benefits after each detox. Prepare for a less-than-stellar experience at this Boost Juice branch, where the promise of refreshing smoothies falls flat. Time and again, I’ve encountered poorly blended concoctions that lack the vibrant flavors you crave. With a staggering six-minute wait just to place an order, it’s clear that the hustle and bustle of this location is overwhelming the staff. While four employees are busy chatting in the back, only one is left to juggle orders, leaving customers in a frustrating limbo.

Despite its popularity, the service here feels more like a chore than a delight, with long wait times becoming the norm. The drinks themselves taste disappointingly generic, lacking the unique flair you’d expect from a renowned brand. Don’t forget to sign up for membership to snag a free birthday drink via the app, but temper your expectations—this Boost Juice may not be the refreshing oasis you’re hoping for.

After a visit to On The Juice, I was greeted with a warm smile that set the tone for my experience. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made it feel like a community hub. I indulged in an açai bowl, and while the hefty granola didn’t quite hit the mark for me, the freshness of the ingredients shone through. The rich, dark açai promised a burst of flavor, though I wished for a little more zing from the strawberries.

Despite a hiccup with the toasties, where a 20-minute wait led to a disappointing outcome, the overall vibe of the place is undeniably appealing. The staff, especially Anthony, went above and beyond with their recommendations, making me feel valued as a customer. With prompt service and a menu bursting with delicious options, On The Juice has quickly become my go-to for smoothies and acai bowls in Richmond and Cremorne. Highly recommended!

While the smoothies at this establishment may hit the mark, the service leaves something to be desired. An unfortunate experience unfolded when a drink, overzealous with cayenne pepper, was deemed unchangeable, leaving us feeling a bit underwhelmed. However, the silver lining emerged with my first acai bowl, which was a revelation! A friendly staff member guided me through the options, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice.

The Peanut Butter Delight smoothie is a true standout, boasting an impeccable blend of creamy goodness made from in-house peanut butter. Paired with the Peanut Butter Acai Bowl from Mr. Squeeze on Chapel Road, each bite is a harmonious mix of smooth and crunchy textures, adorned with vibrant fruit toppings.
